Terms
Last updated 2 November 2026
The deal when you buy from me, in plain English. These terms apply to First Impression, Full Walkthrough and Full Audit orders.
Who you’re buying from
Liam Software is run by Liam, based in Portugal. Email: hello@liamsoftware.dev. Full seller details will be added here before orders open.
What you’re buying
Each service is described on the homepage. My feedback is one professional’s honest opinion, based on what I find at the time. It isn’t a promise that your product will succeed or that it’s free of bugs. A Full Audit includes a code review and QA testing, but it isn’t a security audit.
Custom work is quoted by email before you pay, and we’ll agree its terms there.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the final price. Stripe takes the payment and may show the amount in your local currency at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.
What I need from you
- A correct email address and a working link to your product.
- Access to whatever you want reviewed, including a test account if it needs a login.
- Only access you’re allowed to share, and demo data instead of real customer data.
Delivery
I’ll email your video within the delivery time listed for your service, counted from when your payment goes through and I have everything I need. If something’s blocking me, I’ll email you.
Your right to cancel
If you’re buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from your purchase to cancel without giving a reason. At checkout you ask me to start right away, so you lose that right once your order is fully delivered.
To cancel before then, email hello@liamsoftware.dev from the address you ordered with. You can write: “I’m cancelling my order for [service], placed on [date]”, and add your name. You don’t have to use that wording. I’ll refund you in full within 14 days, using your original payment method.
Refunds
If I can’t access your product or can’t deliver what you bought, you get a full refund. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have by law.
Your product and your video
Your product stays yours. The video is yours to use and share however you like. It stays private unless you give me written permission to publish it, and I can remove it from anywhere I’ve published it if you change your mind.
Confidentiality
I only use your non-public information and access to deliver your order, and I keep them confidential. If I find something serious, like exposed keys, I’ll tell you privately.
Responsibility
I’ll do the work with reasonable care and skill. You decide what to do with my feedback. To the extent the law allows, I’m not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, and my total responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits your consumer rights or anything the law doesn’t allow me to limit.
Complaints and disputes
If something’s wrong, email me first and I’ll try to fix it. You can also use Portugal’s electronic complaints book, or take a consumer dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body such as CNIACC.
Portuguese law applies to these terms. If you’re a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
Changes
The terms published when you ordered are the ones that apply to your order.
